Acidity Of The Organism
The concept of pH factor has been known for thousands of years and is based on the theory that human health is directly related and depends on what level of acidity or alkalinity is in the body. If the body is too acidic (there is no balance), there is disorder that manifests in the form of a large number of diseases.
Anti-physiological diets (acidifying food) and physical inactivity, make it so the body creates an acidic environment, poorly stocked with oxygen.
Cellular acidity displaces oxygen. A lack of oxygen in the cells creates an acidic environment.
Dr. Warburg, Nobel Prize winner, said: “The lack of oxygen and acidity are two sides of the same coin: if someone has one, then automaticly he has the other.” If you have high acidity levels then you will automatically have low oxygen levels; if you have too little oxygen then your body will be highly acidic. An acidic environment is an environment without oxygen. The alkalinity of the body depends on what you eat. To eat properly you should make sure you have 60% alkaline foods and try to avoid foods that are acidic.
